Our
STORY
Uncle Ron’s Beef Jerky started in 2007. Our mission is to serve you the best, healthiest and the most tasteful Beef Jerky you will ever find. We use beef that is grass fed 100% Angus. Using safe, healthy and great tasting methods and preparation. We decided to create a healthy version of jerky snacks. We perfected the way our jerky is made and began to share with family and friends. Everyone wanted more! With encouragement we decided to sell our jerky.

We take pride in every step when preparing and making our jerky. Uncle Ron's loves what he does and that’s what makes our jerky so special. We keep everything fresh and we purchase the best grade of beef available. It’s never frozen for several days or stored in some big warehouse. We sell our jerky at several local Farmers Markets, online and also at our retail location in Fort Worth, Texas. We use a combination of different spices and marinades to make the very BEST beef jerky to be found.
After our beef is cut, sliced and ready to make jerky, we donate beef trimmings that are too small or not appropriate for jerky to the underprivileged organizations, families and friends throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
We offer a variety of flavors, from sweet and savory to spicy and delicious. We are located in Fort Worth Texas at 5677 Westcreek Dr. Suite C, 76133. Stop by and taste a sample or two for yourself.
